How billing works
Each garment preview or AI model photo costs 1–4 credits, depending on the AI model and quality you pick. Low quality on Preloom 2 is the cheapest; high quality on Preloom 2 Pro costs the most. Saving fabrics to your library is free.
Yes. Every new Preloom account gets 3 free credits, with no credit card, so you can generate your first garment previews before paying.
One-time credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing cycle, and unused credits carry over.
AI model photos are included on the Professional ($50 a month) and Enterprise ($100 a month) plans. The Basic plan covers garment previews only.
If the AI fails to produce a design, Preloom refunds the credits for that attempt automatically.
Yes, at any time from your profile. Payments and cancellations are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, and you keep the credits already added to your account.
